We have been supporting all our clients via the WhatsApp infrastructure system from the early days of CoreMatter. And thanks to your recommendations and kind references, we are now in more than 8 countries in Asia, with hundreds of legal firms and thousands of users using CoreMatter!
With this growth, WhatsApp have outgrown our needs to support our clients, where it is not feasible for us to use this platform anymore as it is not scalable. We are not able to capture support analytics for better support responses and perform the necessary support analysis to continually improve CoreMatter.
With effect from 1st September 2021, all CoreMatter support will be via our ZohoDesk system, where you can write and send your support questions to, and our team will receive and respond to your appropriate inquiries. The new support email is as follows:
